Store credits issued at a Bombay Gal Butik cannot be redeemed online.

Sales Tax of 8% will be charged to all orders shipped

Shipping

All merchandise is shipped by Bombay Gal via USPS in the United States. We do not offer
international shipping. The cost of shipping is a flat rate of $5.95 on all orders less than $125 and
automatically added at checkout. Free shipping on all orders $125 or more.

Orders will ship within 48 hours pending availability and credit verification. Because many of
our items have limited quantities, we may occasionally sell out of an item. If this happens, we will
notify you via email. If an item is out of stock you will receive a refund for the full amount.

Returns & Exchanges

All purchases are non-refundable. We will be happy to exchange or issue a store credit for
merchandise unworn, unused and in original condition with all original tags attached. Bombay
Gal has the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that Bombay Gal determines does not
meet these requirements. We are not able to accept returns or exchanges on sale items. Returns
and exchanges on all merchandise must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt. Merchandise
that is purchased at www.bombay-gal.com can be returned to Bombay Gal, but the store's return
policy will apply. Bombay Gal’s website (www.bombay-gal.com) is not able to process a return
for merchandise that was purchased at the physical store located at 674-A North Highland
Avenue in Atlanta, Georgia. Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable and you are
responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with returning merchandise.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, please save the
box and all of the packing material and email us at Bombay.gal2@gmail.com immediately. We
will let you know how to send it back to us at our cost, and we'll send you a replacement right
away.

Please send all returns or exchanges, insured, along with the original invoice and details on the
reason for the return, in the original packaging to:
